Bride to Be Magazine and its related companies ("Bride to Be", "We", "Our" or "Us") invites forum users ("Users") to post opinions and comments ("Opinions") in the designated areas of the Website with a view to having them published on the Website www.bridetobe.com.au.

When using any Bride to Be Forums ("Forum"), Users agree to be bound by the Web Site Terms and Conditions of Use which can be found here and the following conditions which are collectively referred to as the "Forum Terms and Conditions" hereinafter.

If a User believes an Opinion is offensive, unsuitable or has in some other way breached the Forum Terms and Conditions, please Contact Us and provide the exact link to the Opinion and the reasons for objection. Bride to Be will consider the Opinion's suitability for retention on the Forum.

Bride to Be's rights

5. Any reliance whatsoever a User places on Opinions is done so at the Users own risk. Bride To Be will not be responsible for any Opinions posted online which breach these Forum Terms and Conditions.

Indemnities

6. Users agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Bride to Be against any liabilities, claims, costs, loss (including consequential loss) or damage suffered or caused by reason of any Users reliance on any Opinion.

7. Notwithstanding any indemnity provided by a User under these Forum Terms and Conditions, Bride to Be retains the right to assume the conduct of any defence to a claim brought against Us, and of any proceeding or appeal issued by Users who agree to provide all reasonable cooperation (including by making available relevant documents) that Bride to Be may require from the User/s in relation to any such
